Verjuice adds flavour and sharpness to the flavour of food, sauces and dressings. Great in salad dressings, on fish and shellfish. Use Verjuice as a marinade for vegetables and meats. Pet Nat 2022
Abbreviated from the French word “petillant naturel” This sparkling wine is made the old fashion way (methode ancestral), with as little intervention as possible. Made from our Sauvignon Blanc Grapes the wine is bottled while still undergoing fermentation and sealed using a crown cap (which traps the cardon dioxide) to create the bubbles. The yeast sediment is also left in the bottle rather than disgorging it. This allows the Sparkling Wine to take on multiple different flavours and aromas depending on how you wish to drink it. Pet Nat will get drier as time passes. It is best served super chilled to take advantage of the fizz and flavour. Partner With: Indulge in some oysters, tapas, cold hors d’oeuvres.
